The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. Maintenance ser vices are limited to general visual inspections, gutter cleaning, and minor preventative maintenance as outlined in the Program description. The Program does not include roof replacement, major repairs, emergency ser vices, interior repairs, structural repairs, or correction of pre-existing conditions unless expressly stated in writing.
The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date. Customers may choose to pay annually in full or through monthly installment payments.
*ROOF INSPECTION DISCLAIMER:
We aim to inspect your roof every 6 months to keep it in great shape year-round. However, Iowa winters can make roof work unsafe and difficult. If one of your inspections would fall during harsh winter conditions (typically December through February), we may schedule it a bit earlier in the fall or later in the spring instead. Don’t worry – you ’ll still get your two full inspections every year, and we’ll always coordinate timing with you in advance.
**SHINGLE MATCHING POLICY:
We stock 15 of the most common shingle colors and brands. If your roof requires a color or brand not in our standard
stock for a better match, custom shingles can be special-ordered at an additional cost. We will provide a detailed
estimate for any custom shingle orders before proceeding with the work.
Extra Inspection Visit: $350–$750
Infrared Moisture Scanning: $500–$1,500
Record-Keeping Package (Cloud + Reporting): $300–$800
Ponding Water Mitigation Check: $200–$600
